I love you grandpa

I served under Cmdr. Alvarez for many years back in the days. He led by example and Loved by all. His leadership taught me well to were I I also became a Post Cmdr. and District Cmdr. in New Mexico.

Grandpa, thank you for raising such a beautiful, healthy family. Lil' Artie sends his love to his great-grandpa and asks that you and great-grandma will continue to bless us all with your loving protection as you did during your lives. We love you, and shall remember you always.

This was Lorenzo Alvarez, Jr. - Beautiful, human being.

I'm Anita Alanis. Lorenzo Alvarez was my father. He was the most amazing person in this world; he was a very giving person who would take off his shirt and give it to you. He is with his better half and they were the perfect couple. My Mom decided she wanted a date with him on Valentine's Day, so she asked our Lord to bring him home. My father was a wonderful and perfect person which I will love and miss for the rest of my life. I love you, Mom, and Arturo with all my heart.Rest in peace....

Grandpa, I love you very much. You will be greatly missed by all of us... Your friends and family. You have left behind such wonderful memories. You and grandma both :) now you are reunited and I know in my heart that you are both watching over us. You are always in my heart and on my mind. I love you very much. Rest in peace my angels :)

To the greatest Father-In-Law in the world, you'll be greatly miss and loved .

My dad my hero he was the greatest dad anybody could ask for. Loving caring understanding and giving. He will always be in hearts and soul. Never to be forgotten. Love you daddy.

i remember when I would go to Mcallen every 2 weeks to see my great grandpa he was in really bad shape and I'm glad he is in heaven with his wife. He will be happier that way. Instead of suffering
