I recall happy times at the house on Duck Lake with Jill and Lora Jean. May the God of all comfort be with the family as you celebrate her homegoing and adjust to her absence.

My memories of Loretta go back to the days at Acker Lake where her parents lived in the summer, and to the days I worked as her assistant at the library in Holton. She was also the mother to one of my good friends and classmate, Lora Jean. She will be missed by all who cared for her.

Mrs. Murphy was a wonderful woman. As a child/young person growing up in Holton, I was a frequent visitor to the library and participant in the Summer "reading contests". Mrs. Murphy was a gracious woman, a wonderful librarian, and an asset to the Holton community. May God comfort the hearts of her family.
