Loretta Theresa Oliver daughter of the late Hazel Matthews and Clarence
Snowden was born February 2, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland. She passed
on to
eternal life July 14, 2018.


Loretta received her education through the Baltimore City Public School
S
ystem. After High School she began her career within the banking
indu
stry with Maryland National Bank which later changed to Bank of
America, working non-stop until r
etirement.


Loretta also known as "Rett" was a loving, caring, giving person.
Sh
e was a woman who carried a cheerful spirit inside of her. Rett loved
famil
y gatherings, cooking and shopping. She loved Fish Fry's on Friday,
but most of all she loved the Lord. Rett was definitely a woman of God.
She talked about the word of the Lord to
whomever would listen.


Rett always had a word of wisdom for her family and friends. She also
had a way of deliv
ering it with a smile. She loved attending church service
on Sunday she was a faith member breath of God fellowship. She loved
working in the church bookstore.


She was preceded in death by: her two daughters, Rhonda Bell
and Lata
rsha Matthews; one son, Roderick Oliver; one grandson,
Lavon Bell; one sister, Deborah; three brothers, Clarence, Gene
and Marvin.


She leaves to cherish: son Richard Oniel; grandchildren, Rahkiya,
Ariah
, Teliya, Kevin (TC), Quentin (Shaquera), Latarsha, Christina,
Christian
, Deshawn, Roderick, Jeremiah, Karen, and Chasity; great
grandchildren, Tynasia, Skilar, Qwonye, Hailey, Aubree and Sydney;
son-in-law, Calvin Bell; four sisters, Martha, Gwendolyn, Joan and
M
echell; brother, Stanford and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins
other relatives and friends.
