Loretta Jane Ormsby, 75, of Lawton, PA, passed away on Friday May 5, 2023, at Meadow View Senior Living Center, Montrose, PA. She was born on July 16, 1947 in Lawton, PA, to the late Lewis and Lottie (Silwik) Stanton.


Surviving is her husband of 59 years, Richard “Pops” Ormsby, two children, Richard and Wendy, brother, Michael Stanton, 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson, and two sisters.


Loretta’s husband Pops was the love of her life, and her family meant the world to her. She loved her dog “Doc”, and her flowers which she would religiously “dead head”.


A Funeral Service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home, with Rev. Mark King officiating. Interment will be in Rush Center Memorial Park, Rush Twp., PA. Friends may call on the family and hour prior to the service.
