Loretta C. Parsons

Loretta C. Parsons, 85, of Wind Gap, PA passed away Monday, March 26th, at Gracedale, Northampton County Home, Nazareth.

Loretta was born in Wind Gap, PA on November 30, 1932, a daughter of the late Willard and Mildred (Starner) Houck.

She was the widow of Leonard C. Parsons, who passed away October 5, 2017. Loretta was employed as a Postal Clerk at the US Post Office in Wind Gap, PA until retiring. She was a 1951 graduate of Pen Argyl High School. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with her family, and was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan.

She was of the Lutheran Faith.

Loretta is survived by a daughter, Lynette Gares, three sons L. Scott Parsons, companion Marguerite Mullin, Kyle Parsons, husband of Paula, and Dean Parsons, husband of Kim, 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Loretta was preceded in death by a son Curtis Parsons and a brother Kermit Houck.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James B. Gaffney Funeral Home, Pen Argyl, PA.
