There are so many things I remember about Ms. Loretta until its extremely hard to decide where to begin. My memories go a long, long way back, the early '50's to be exact when it seemed St. Luke was ruled by big, tall women (Ms. Loretta, Aunt Myrtle, Aunt Zenobia, Ms. Emily and Ms. Carrie). They always seem to be in control. We had a special relationship, she could say anything to me and she gave me the same privilege as long as we kept it respectful...and I never lost respect for her.
