Mary (Walsh) Curtis, and William were shocked to hear of Loretta's passing. Mary was a classmate of Loretta at St.Al's in Jersey City. Loretta was a fixture behind the counter in the Cranford library, always a cheery hello, and How's Mary? Because I'm now the book jockey, returning and getting another load of books every week I'd be asking about Loretta. How is she? and I guess she was OK, just not getting back to work.
