LORI GREEN COX FUNERAL HOME BASTROP, LOUISIANA Funeral services for Lori Green will be held 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at the Chapel of Cox Funeral Home of Bastrop. Sister Gloria Green and Brother James Moffitt will officiate the services. Committal services and interment will follow at the Crossroads Cemetery near Crossett, Arkansas. The family will receive friends Monday, August 3rd, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home of Bastrop. Lori was born March 29, 1972 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to the Vera Corley Casey and the late Roger Casey. She passed away July 31, 2015 in Bastrop, Louisiana. She is preceded in death by her father; her two sisters, Janice Womack and Kaye Cooper; and her father-in-law, James D. Green. Lori was a patient account representative at Morehouse General Hospital for the last thirteen years. She also taught piano lessons in her home for many years. An avid football fan, she enjoyed watching and pulling for Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. Lori truly loved life and the friendships she had with her co-workers. She also had a special place in her heart for her dog Tiki. Lori's greatest love on earth was her family and the love and devotion she had for her husband, her children, and her two adored grandchildren was immeasurable. They were her joy and happiness. Lori is survived by her husband of twenty-five years, James Green; her son, Casey Green and her two daughters, Shelby Green and Samantha Green; her two grandbabies, Caleb Green and Peyton Bryan; her mother, Vera Casey; and brothers, Alan Wray and Kenny Wray. Serving as pallbearers are Casey Green, Matthew Kinney, Brandon Duplantis, Bradley Duplantis, Christopher Richards, Aaron Heintz, Zach Bradford, and Bruce Humphrey. Honorary pallbearer is Troy Bryan. For those wish, any planned memorials should be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
