Not sure what to say?

Mr and Mrs Shoemaker and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Lori and I were very close friends in high school; the four of us (Lori, Deborah Reynolds and Kim Spencer) rarely made a move without each other. I am pleased to hear about her wonderful children, husband and life and the impact she had on those that she came in contact with. Lori surely made an impression and impact on my life. I am sad that we'll never get a chance to see you at a class reunion or just reconnect after so...

"May God's grace be with the entire family. And a special prayer for Nikki and Gee." (from Mary Brown, friend of Mark and Bernadine)

Uncle Roy,Aunt Elaine, Marina, Jeffery, Paul, Alexis & Giovanni;

my heart skipped a beat when I found out about Lori.

We are only 2 months apart in age and successfully brought our families together for the first time 16 years ago. The gathering was so great; it sparked 2 more successful family reunions.

It's ok to take things 1 day, 1 minute and/or 1 second at a time. Her love and spirit will always be with you!

She'll never be forgotten and try...

To the Wasson and Shoemaker Families,
We were saddened to hear of the passing of your beloved Lori. Our prayers are with you. May you find comfort in knowing that one who is absent from the body is present with the Lord.

We are so sorry for your loss and will keep the entire family in our prayers

(Second Baptist Church-Ypsilanti, MI)

My memories of you will always remain in my heart. Uncle Roy and Aunt Elaine my prayers are with you as well as Lori's husband and family.

Love u always
Deena Scott Washington
