LORIN M. GRAMS (nee Sloan), age 52, beloved wife of Justin C.; loving mother of Micaela and Ava Fonseca and Mason and Reed Grams; dearest grandmother of Beau Foster; cherished daughter of W. Douglas Sloan and the late Sondra (nee Halko); much-loved sister of Kim Cornelli (Don), Jessica Sloan (Jeremy Chance), Julianne Schneeg (Mark), and the late Curtis Sloan; beloved aunt, niece, cousin and friend of many. Passed away unexpectedly August 13, 2024. Funeral Service Saturday, August 17, at 3:00 P.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED, 29150 LORAIN RD. AT STEARNS RD., where friends may call SATURDAY 11 A.M. UNTIL TIME OF SERVICE.
Read MoreI know Lauren when we work together and I did not know that she passed away and I feel so bad we just spoke a few times earlier this year and I hadn't spoken with her since and I was very surprised to hear this but she is at peace now but I have very fond memories of her she was a wonderful person to work with and a very loving person. God Bless her family.
