Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear that Lorna has passed and I send Dale and her family and friend my deepest condolences. I mostly worked with Lorna during the early years of the Fine Arts Center Gala where she provided leadership, kindness, and a lovely sense of humor. I was young and she always left me feeling appreciated for the work I did. I wish you comfort in this difficult time.

Lorna was indeed a force of nature! She was an amazing woman, great mentor, colleague, and friend. The Five College area will not be the same without her. I am so fortunate to have met and gotten to know her. Lorna, I will miss you!

Dale, I am so sorry to hear about Lorna. I hope you can find comfort and support among your family and many friends.

It is with deep gratitude that I recall how my colleagues and I in 5 College Asian American Studies were the beneficiaries of Lorna´s support and vision for many years. But what I remember most from those times was her humor and warmth - an amazingly multifaceted person it was a pleasure to know. RIP Lorna, and my deepest condolences to Dale and your loving family.

Lorna was amazing. I learned a lot from her. Deepest condolences.

Lorna was a wonderful colleague and administrator who truly believed in consortial collaboration, making the Five Colleges a national example. Amherst will miss her energy, her skill and her spirit

It was always such a pleasure seeing Dale and Lorna together, such love and kindness, working together as a team. Lorna will be missed. Linda Sharkey
