Granny sending me out trick-or-treating (begging as granny called it) in July, Hide-n-seek in the middle of the night, smoking cigars on the back porch, silver Christmas trees, her coleslaw, the words "God love her", taking her 4-wheeling and getting stuck, these are the memories that I will always hold dear.

I remember fishing on the lake, the whale you caught, laughs we shared. This special lady will be greatly missed.
Close your eyes see her face, feel the love that you embrace. No longer here yet so near,in your heart you hold her there.
Feel her arms around you tight when you go to be and say good night. This lady was special to us all, but she went home when she heard him call.Safe she is in his good grace, until you once more will see her face.Leave her there at rest and peace....

Lorna, my dear friend, it has been so long since we last met. I know that we will meet again in heaven. I remember coming over in the mornings long ago to play cards or just drink coffee, or go to your doctor's appointments. You alway's had a smile on your face, you made everyone happy just to be around you. I wish we could have seen each other again, before you went home to be with our Lord, and I know you are making everyone in heaven laugh now. Goodby, my dear friend, my prayers are with...

To the best grandma a girl could have. I have had a lot of fun with you over the years, sitting on your table peeling potatoes with you when I was little, goin outside to take walks in the yard and when you would come and visit or we would come to visit you we would lay in bed and look at the moon and stars and talk all night until I would fall asleep.I have alot of memories of you that I will treasure for ever, like playing in the lake and chasing the ducks and geese, and I am so glad that...

To my Aunt I wish I had more memories of you but being so far away the past twenty plus years that did not happen. I remember two of her children the best Wayne and Aunt Putt. I know threw these people she was a wonderful person. I saw the sadness in her brother Jack's eyes when he said she had passed. Leaving him the last of the siblings. Not easy knowing that. I pass my love on to all of you and I will print all these memories out for my family to read. Aunt Lorna could not be in a better...

When I sing “Precious Memories”, I am instantly back in my childhood, listening as you sing that song or other hymns while doing laundry. As I listen, I see you dancing down the hallway and into the living room to the rhythm of that old ringer washer. I hear your hearty laughter as we join you in the “dance of the wash-day, cares-away” routine.
I sit with you on your front porch at 2 a.m. on a warm summer night, as you sip lemonade and tell us spooky stories. I walk with you in...
