Lorraine Hanson Carle

I think about Lorraine often. She was a selfless matriarch that tirelessly concerned herself with caring for her husband, even while she could barely take a step on her own. She told me, "Motherhood is kindness."
Many times she'd tell me her sons were her greatest accomplishment. She gave me sage advice on how to be a good wife and loved Owen very much. Even though he was in his eighties, she felt he had a linebacker's strength and reminisced on his days as a hockey...

Dear Glenn and family, we send our condolences but we also send our admiration for such a remarkable life so beautifully celebrated in this notice. Your mother clearly touched so many lives, often very deeply, and left them that much better for it. Andrew & Johanna
