Genealogy buffs in St. Louis, and beyond, owe a huge debt of gratitude to this wonderful lady. She was truly an inspiration back in the late 1970's when I first met her. For the next 20 years it was my pleasure to reap the benefits of her previous experience. We were even able to claim a roundabout family connection through a Patterson line. God was good to let this world have her for 93 years.
