I pray God will be with you at this time and that fun and fond memories will help you through it. She was a kind, compassionate woman with lots of zeal. I will always be grateful to her for her friendship with my mom and continued with me. She was moms RN during her last years at Long Island. Just knowing mom, Zoa Spanks, was in your moms tender care got me through each day. She was holding mom's hand when she took her last breath. What a loving, tender woman she was. Your mom touched...

Lorraine, Anne and Patrick,
I am so sorry about your mom. I remember many late nights on the front steps and sitting in your kitchen as Lorraine made toll house cookies for everyone. Your mom and dad were always so welcoming. I am so glad I got to see her last summer if only briefly. My prayers are with all of you.
