Not sure what to say?

Lorraine was an exemplary model of steadfast faith. I never would have gotten to know the Notre Dame area so well if it wasn't for her to come see! She was there as a great-aunt to play with me as a little girl, and there to talk with and respect me as a growing woman, finding our generational threads of commonality and perspective together.

Dear Marcy, Tim, Kris, and all of the other loved ones, may you find peace through your tears and laughter remembering Rainey. She was a...

To all the Gibsons, the extended family and everyone who knew and loved Lorraine,

I am so sorry for your loss and for the passing of my auntie Lorraine. I have such fond memories of our times together, and of the tales of her travels and good works. Always a smile and a helping hand, nary a complaint. She was a wonderful woman and will be missed by so many.
Love and condolences to you all -
Peggy Nelson

We will miss Great Aunt Rainey. She always had a smile on her face and could make anyone laugh. Rainey and Grandma Marge were always so funny together; just like two peas in a pod. I remember them laughing so hard they would cry - on multiple occasions. Rainey was a wonderful lady and will be in our hearts forever.

Dear Kris, Marcy and Tim I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. She was one special lady and I'm really going to miss her. She helped me thru some really tough times when I was taking care of my mom and dad. I have since lost them both, so believe me I know what you are going thru. You all are in my prayers and may God be with you always. I would so love to talk with one of you sometime, so if you have a chance please call. My cell #574-210-7700

I'll miss Rainey's great smile and the love she always gave us. I have such fond memories of our visits with her in South Bend and St. Paul. Thinking of you guys and wishing we could be there to celebrate Rainey's life.
