Not sure what to say?

Lorraine, was the best sister in the world. We had very similar interest, since we were only one year apart. Dolls were our all time love. We shared a dollhouse that our dad built. We had fun on our airplane swing our dad built.
We even shared a treehouse, built by our dad . We shared very similar interests. Even when we got married, we would get together with our families- our 3 boys Mike, Sean and Karl were close as well. There were wonderful memories that we shared. I really miss my...

It's been five years and I still miss my friend Lorraine. I know I will always treasure memories of Lorraine since we were friends since junior high school and never got out of touch. When she visited sister Marian she always saw me too and Marian welcomed me to her home for many fun times. We knew each others parents, late husbands, children, and families. Lorraine and I had similar backgrounds and interests so it was natural that we were lifetime friends. Lorraine got me to attend a...

Lorraine epitomized the importance of family, friends and faith. While I wish Lorraine was still here and we could share fun times on earth, I treasure the time we did have. We swam at Green Lane, played Pearls duet on piano (Lorraine had to do the hard part!), planned for our prom, and visited prospective colleges ( both of us thought that Millersville would be a "farm school" but both of us loved it and it was Lorraine's chosen college),
I loved going to the Unrath home with the...

Sisters Always! Lorraine and I had a lot of the same interests. We were 1 year apart. Dolls were our thing . We had a dollhouse we shared, with our own doll furniture. We had an airplane swing our dad built. Our dad built us a tree house, with a sliding board attached. Growing up we went on family outings. We were in the 4-H and Girl Scouts. After we were married- our sons- Karl, Mike and Sean were close. I will always remember my dear sister
I love you Lorraine. SISTERS FOREVER.

I am still saddened and shocked that my dear friend did not get a longer earthly life. I pictured these years with children raised and husbands deceased, that we'd do more together. Lorraine had several trips to Wildwood NJ, which she enjoyed with a group, and I thought we'd have some trips together to spend time on the Boardwalk and beach that she didn't have on the organized tours. While we'll never understand Lorraine's early passing, we do know she had a good life of family, friends,...

I will always miss my dear friend. We had many good times and Lorraine also brought her family to my life--parents, grandmother, sons, grandchildren, and especially sister Marian and family. Lorraine and I played piano duet Pearls together, were in school music programs together, swam at Green Lane together, and her parents even took us to look at colleges together. Other memories include Michael, Sean, Karl, and Nathan John playing on the "floor rider" and eating ice cream at parents or...

Christmas in Heaven
I miss you each day. You are truly an Angel in God's light. As we celebrated Christmas at home and looked forward to what Santa brought us- I can't think of any two sisters ever having so much fun at Christmas. You truly are my Christmas Angel.
With all my love, Your Sister
Marian

I was so happy we were sisters. All the happy times we shared growing up. We were the best of friends and shared our happy thoughts throughout the years. Truly you're an angel to me. Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day.
Sisters Forever, Love, Marian

I met Lorraine in elementary school and we remained friends throughout our school years. I remember her beautiful long braids, her singing voice, her piano playing and her quiet, sweet way about her. We've exchanged Christmas cards for many years and when I realized I did not receive one from her this year, I knew something was wrong. Please know she'll always hold a special place in my heart. Peace be with you all.
