Oh, I was recently thinking about influential people in my life, and Mrs. Lancaster was one of them. Nearly 60 years ago, she wowed me, along with other students at Stoney Creek Elementary with amazing stories and voices. I never forgot the magic of books and words after that and it has been such a gift. My condolences to the family. God Bless.
