Lorraine was, and will always be, a role model for women of all ages. Tucson has lost a true gem. My condolences to her family.

Dear Alonzo, daughters, mother, siblings, and other loved ones,

I, like so many others, feel that knowing Lorraine has been one of the most distinct privileges of my life. The pain of knowing that she is gone from us now is tempered only by the wonderful memories of her. Yes, she was a powerhouse of idealism and determination who delivered results, not rhetoric.
