FOREST CITY | Lorraine M. Nyhus, 98, of Forest City, died Monday, Oct. 12, 2015, at the Good Samaritan Center in Forest City.

A memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015, at the United Methodist Church in Forest City with Pastor Chuck Layton officiating.
