Lorraine Ruth Phelps

R. LORRAINE PHELPS Lorraine Phelps age 82, passed away peacefully at her home July 3, 2015. She was born Oct 7, 1932 in Orchards, WA to Walter & Ruth Higdon. Lorraine attended Evergreen High School then proceeded to Beauty School.' Lorraine Married the Love of her Life March 1, 1952 William R Phelps. They were married for 40 years before Bill passed away. Lorraine has been surrounded by family & church friends, and has always lived in the clark county area. Lorraine is survived by her children, Dennis Phelps (Debbie), Michael Phelps (Jodie), Richard Phelps (Mary), Carolyn Potts (Joe), Shirley White (Richard). 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held @ Faith Center 10702 NE 117th Ave, Vancouver, Wa July 17, 2015 @ 11am
