Not sure what to say?

Lorraine- We will always treasure your friendship and remember the wonderful times we spent with you and dear Ray both here in Australia and San francisco.
Moments in time etched in our hearts.Friends are the angels who lift you up when your wings have forgotten to fly.

Dear GG,
I was so very lucky to get to know you and Ray, you both took me in and treated me just like part of your family, always. I will never forget your kindness and love, and all the great times you shared with me. You have touched so many people in so many ways, and both of you will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you also for giving us Debbie & D'Ann, I see in them your spirit of compassion & generosity. Thanks for all of that, and much, much more....

Dearest Aunt Lorraine,
You may not have known this, but you were one of my favorite aunts. When I think of you, it just brings a smile to my face. You were so much fun. Always ready to party, and have a good time with family and friends. When we were kids, Easter at your house was such a blast! Your family will miss you so much. I believe, though, that you & Uncle Ray are together again, probably on some beautiful golf course in Heaven, and that's the way it should be.
Forever &...

Lorraine was a beautiful lady whom we loved dearly. We have very fond memories of the wonderfully happpy holidays we had with her and Ray in USA and Australia over the 22 years we had known them. They were great days. We knew her as a marvellous mother, the nicest Nona and a fantastic friend. She, and her phone calls and emails will be sadly missed by us. It is good to know that she is now with Ray in a better place. Sleep tight dear Lorraine.

In death, we are assured of...

My Aunt Lorraine and Uncle Ray were such a big part of my childhood. When they came into my house for Christmas for Easter for Thanksgivings the energy of the room would always lift. Aunt Lorraine always with a great laugh, a smile, a wry twinkle in her eye.... at my Nonna Josephine's house on Dolores in San Francisco, when I was little girl,
I saw them kissing once and thought they were like movie stars....tall, dashing, and glamorous.
Lorraine's close bonded family is true...

Aunt Lorraine,
I will miss you so much. Thank you for the joy and love you and Uncle Ray brought to our lives. I will always remember your kind and adventurous spirit. I hold so many memories of you close to my heart. I know that you and Uncle Ray inspired my love of travel...you always came back so happy and in awe of what you had seen. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our family. We will miss you!

Love, Michelle, Brian and Alexandra

Auntie,
You were my matron of honor and my best friend. You advised me so often throughout my life and were always there for me, Dan, Michelle and Suzanne. I remember when Michelle was born, you drove to Napa to cook and take care of the house and let me bond with my baby.
Dan and I so miss our dinners with you and Uncle Ray. Before we moved to Colorado, we got together at my house or your house usually once a month. Those were the best times. You even taught me how to shop! You always...

My Mom was a true MATRIARCH.
Her family was large and extended.
She treasured the time spent with friends and family.
She was a compassionate and generous soul.
She was blessed with good fortune, good humor and was thrilled by adventure. She loved nature and animals.
She was sometimes difficult, not above making a little trouble.
She liked to have fun.
She used words like "conundrum" and "persnickety."
She was eccentric and quirky.
She loved a good story....

Nona,

To me, you were always more than a grandmother. You were my protector, my friend, my very own comedian, and the best story teller ever! I miss you so much already, and I will never forget all the wonderful memories I have of you. I'll never forget the way your scrambled eggs tasted (they were the best!) and I will especially remember the way you smelled. There's nothing in the world like the smell of my sweet Nona!

Love you always,
Caity
