I could not have asked for a nicer friend and neighbor. Lorraine and Howard added so much to community. When Lorraine learned my son worked for OWEB she told us what an instrumental part she had in its formation. I wish I knew how to say Rest in PEACE to my friend in Hawaiian. My life was enriched knowing Lorraine.
