Lorraine D. Thompson

Lorraine D. (Bouts) Thompson, 92, passed away April 27, 2013, at the Blossom Hill Care Center in Huntsburg. She was born Oct. 30, 1920, in Portsmouth, the daughter of Wilford and Agnes (Warren) Bouts. Her father preceded her in death in 1931, and the family relocated to Toledo. Lorraine...
