Not sure what to say?

Dear Manzaro Family
I was truly sorry to hear of your loss. I worked worked with Lorri at U.Mass Memorial. I remember much about Lorri. She was quick to smile and always had something positive to say. Most of all I remember how she spoke about her family and how much she loved you all. She will always have a warm place in my heart. I hope that the passage of time will soften the sadness you must be feeling. My heartfelt sympathies and thoughts are with you all.
