Not sure what to say?

We still talk about all of the great times we shared and all of the warmth, caring , fun and joy Lou Ann brought to every occasion.

I was very sorry to read of the death of Mrs. Marek.
She was, as many have said, the Mom of the
neighborhood and had an enormous amount of love for everybody. It has been 40 years since I have lived in Parma, on Oxford Dr, directly behind the Mareks where I would jump the white wooden fence into their backyard to play with whoever was out. Pam and Mary were my friends at different times and often I would end up in the house in some activity where Mrs Marek and I would interact. ...

"Your mom will be truly missed. When I think of your mom I remember how it felt to be around her.
When she was in a room it was filled with love. She will always be in our hearts."
Carol Lee & Michael Zelnik and family, Tampa FL

I remember Lou Ann from our high school days at Marymount. Lou Ann probably remembered everything we did the nuns would remind us....Would the Blessed Mother do that??? I am sure that God has blessed Lou Ann.

I remember Lou Ann from our student days at Marymount High School. A lovely, lovely person. May she Rest in Peace.

David,
Your are truly an example of how a husband is supposed to care for his spouse.
God bless you and Lou Ann

I often think of you and my mom talking
and I can still see you talking out

My brothers and I grew up with the Marek family on Parmenter Dr.and Mrs. Marek was our other Mom as were many neighbors then. I met Lorraine when I was 4 and have many, many good memories of our times together; esp. Halloween, sleep overs camping in the backyards, hide n seek after dark in the summer..so much fun and love. You will be missed.

What a truly remarkable example of a caring mother, a loyal friend, a dedicated volunteer, and above all a Christian who dedicated all of her efforts to God.

Rest in peace, Lou, you certainly earned it.

love, Jim and Pat Ducato
