Im so sorry to hear about this. Lou is the one of the few at Gottschalks that was always smiling and was always so very nice to me. She didnt care what position an employee held. She never acted like she was better because she held a higher position in the company.

I will miss her and all of her holiday cards. I was with her on the L. A
buying trip when she discovered she was ill. I can't believe this happened to such a beautiful and talented woman.

An incredible woman and great friend, that I shall miss very much. She touched my life in more ways than I can express.
