Not sure what to say?

I had the honor of working with Lou at CSU. We teamed up on so many challenging situations with students and her heart was always open. She was pure beautiful energy. She also once spontaneously invited me to a Bob Dylan concert when her intended company couldn't make it. I was thinking of her recently. Sorry for your loss and the loss of her kindness and openness on this planet.

Lou was a dear friend and extraordinary woman. She had a fascinating, creative spirit, eager to help others. I had not been able to reach her for sometime, but trust she continued enjoying life to the end. I've missed her, and will always...(pls notify me of any service.-ty)

I was Lou’s professor and directed her doctoral dissertation and considered her a valued friend. Unfortunately, we weren’t in contact over the recent past. I live in NJ and am now visiting Cleveland. Last night I learned of her passing. I loved Lou’s passion for life, research, and contributing to others. She was and remains an inspiration! Wherever your energy now is, please know you are loved and made a powerful difference in this world!

Lou was a friend of mine and she gave me the privilege of caring for her beloved animal friends, Bennie, Bro and Millie and before that, Che and a big, beautiful orange cat whose name has left me. The cat was very shy but I managed to win him over much to Lou's amazement. What I will remember most about Lou is her generosity, kindness and her belief in the goodness of all mankind.

I have many fond memories of Aunt Lou from my childhood. Especially growing up in the 60’s an 70’s, she was a perfect example of how a woman should live her life.

Lou you were instrumental in helping me in my times of need. You always guided me with your wisdom as a student at CSU. I remember our times together with and your caring and compassionate ways. I was an honor to have known you and was glad I surrendered myself to your wisdom which helped me in many ways. Love you always!
