I am so sorry for your lose. I was in her 6th grade class at Wayside in 1969/1970. She read to us almost every day about the Box Car Childeren. She inspired a love for reading that is still with me now at the age of 56. I have many wonderful memories of her. One of our assignments that year was to write a book about ourselves. Each page was given a title by her and then we wrote about the subject. One was intitled the person I most admire. Another was my most embarrassing moment. The subjects...
