Our thoughts and prayers go out to Peggy and the family. As a neighbor and friend, in our short time we've known Lou, he was a man of few words but always positive and knew that the day was going to be a good one. He was always a pleasure to chat with and never had an unkind word to say. We had looked forward to the many social gatherings to come and he will be deeply missed.

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Louie´s passing. What a wonderful person. I worked with him at the state and you would be hard pressed to find a kinder and more charismatic person. Such a loss. My deepest condolences to his family.

To the entire Allen family my sincere condolences on the passing of your loved one. If a person´s laugh can be a window to his heart and soul, and I believe it can, Louie had a huge and kind heart and a pure and gentle soul.. He had a "full" body laugh which lit up a room which told others its alright to let people know how you feel Once you gained his trust hallowed you room to grow,- a refreshing approach to good leadership. I salute you Louie Allen- a job well done. Yours respectfully, ,...
