Read MoreHe was my painting teacher at Clark Community College back in the 70s. He was an inspirational instructor. I still have one of his paintings that he did during a class. I went on to become an artist and art teacher. I am retired now but, I remember him well. He was my first painting teacher. I am sorry to hear of his passing.

I was an art student of his. I took a painting class at the Community College in Las Vegas. I was very inspired by Lou. I went on to get a BFA from the university of Iowa and a second degree in Art education. I was an art teacher for almost 30 years and recently retired. I am so sorry for your loss. He was an amazing artist and teacher.
