Louie was a special person. Anytime I saw him, he made me laugh! He reminded me of Billy Crystal. I am thankful to him for being so good to my best friend, Joann and their daughter. My family's thoughts and prayers are with them.

I knew Louie from Orange High School. He was a great guy - always upbeat, kind and generous. He always put a smile on your face. Police officers are very special people (I married one) and there is a special place in heaven for them. I'm sure Louie's up there entertaining many of my police friends, who like Louie, left us far too soon. My prayers, love and sincere sympathies go out to those who will miss him most.

My deepest sympathy to the Castro family. I went to school with Louie from kindergarten through high school and as a boy growing up he lived next door to my cousins on Glebe Street. Although we haven't seen each other in many years, I've always had fond memories of one of the nicest guys I ever knew.

My sympathy and prayers go out to the Castro family. I knew Louie back in high school where he was, even then, a lot of fun. I knew his mom and dad, and attended his sister Sandy's wedding. His wit and smile is something I will long remember. His advice to me on many occasions back then I should have paid more attention to; and then later as a police officer on the Orange Police Department is also something I will always think about. He had a way with words that nobody will ever forget. ...
