I will always remember Bill Conradt for the professional work he did in Kaufman. I treasure the moments we spent outside the courthouse talking about his dog, Lucas and my schnauzer. He treated me with kindness and respect as well. My old boss, Skip Dickerson bless his heart passed away but I can tell you he thought highly of Bill! I will remember him for all the good he brought to the county!

My thoughts and prayers go out to all family members and friends. Bill always went above and beyond for our family and was a kind hearted gentleman. He was excellent friends with my grandparents, Patsy Raines and Richard (Dick) Lewis, and many other family members too. Bill would go on trips with us scuba diving to Cozumel more times than I can count. I think he thought my grandparents were crazy for tossing me in the ocean at 10 years old when I first began scuba diving. He always cheered...
