My condolences to the Corte family. I had the privilege of working at City Hall for many years with Lou, he was such a nice person. My dad Tom and Lou played cards together at the Club as well. He will be missed!

I grew with Lou in the Yale Street section of Meriden. I was instrumental with helping Lou to get to work for Otto Schumman as a Master Carpenter back in 1955, before he went on to serve the City Of Meriden for so many years! Lou was a witty, great person, always with a good story to tell. My deepest sympathy goes out to Lou´s Wife, Sons and Family! May his Soul rest in God´s eternal peace! Sincerely, John A. I enjoyed working with and for him during those 21 years and socializing after he...
