On this Thanksgiving day 2022, I just want to say how thankful I am to have had such a beautiful, in all ways, son and how much I miss you especially on days like today.. Lou and I were drawn together by our mutual love of strength sports. Central PA was a small place for big men so we crossed paths frequently. It was a great honor to have met Lou. I have never met a man that was so nurturing and had a desire to be so active in his children's lives and the lives in his community. Lou was intelligent with a mind that moved at lightening speed giving him a gift at writing and marketing. Lou has touched so many lives he will be forever missed.
