Lou was quite a guy. A friend to everybody or anybody. He fit right in at the Pittsburgh BMC. If there was a Postal Hall of Fame, Lou would be in it. Along with Bob Pender they were proud and accomplished postal workers along with being great friends. My condolences to the Harkcom family. Tom Sarver
