I have been a big fan of Louis since I first met him at the McAlister's location here in Roanoke. He was one of the friendliest and most jovial people that I have ever met. We enjoyed our Sunday visits to McAlister's to see Louis as much as the great food...To say that he will be greatly missed is an understatement, I feel greatly blessed to have known him, and offer heartfelt condolences to each of the members of his family.
