Not sure what to say?

Dr Horn put me back together in 1985,semi truck accident, amputee, broke every bone in my body, thanks to the Dr and Bear I got back to walking.Sorry for your loss. Love always

Dr. Horn and Dr. Haws saved my life when I was 14. I came to Huntsville Hospital with my neck broken in 2 places and they didn't know if I would ever walk again but through Jesus Christ working in and through them I'm walking. They are both precious to me. I'll never forget them.

On behalf of the Campbell Clinic and Campbell Foundation, our sincerest condolences. Dr. Horn was a generous and compassionate friend and caregiver to many. We are grateful for all he did to support the orthopaedic community. May peace and fond memories be with his friends and family.

While I did not know Lou for many years, he was a man I was proud to call my friend. I admired his hard fought battle, that he never let get him down. I miss his calls today, and will always remember him for his daily hikes up and down Huntsville mountain. RIP Lou.

May you RIP my good friends, golf and tennis partner. You will be sorely missed.
Love to all.

Sorry for your loss. prayers

He came and left his kisses on this earth. He made a difference in the lives he touched. Like a beautiful bird he flew away to enrich the heavens.
May all the angels surround you heart with faith, hope, and love dear friend.
Peace and clam be yours and also with your spirit,
May the Lord Jesus Christ hold your heart in His hands and comfort you.
