Always remember Marshal Kaiser & his wife. I'd see them eating at the steak house at Hyde Park Plaza. I was a new CFD firefighter & they always had kind words for me. His calm tone of voice over the Fire Dept. radio has he told fire dispatch of his situation, always impressed me as the voice of a real commander!
