Not sure what to say?

Hi, I offer my condolences a bit late. I am a huge fan of L & L White Metal Castings and I wish I could've sat down with Lou or any relative that has any stories related to this family or company. I am a collector of lighting and L & L are special to me. Thank you for producing them, letting their character and light shine with me to this day. Stanley - [email protected]

Lou and Molly

Hi Molly. So Sorry to hear about Lou. I'm from Kansas City and you and Lou invited me to your hotel room when you were in town. My cousin was a gunner on the plane when it was shot down over Berlin. Lou was kind enough to share some info with me. I took some photos of you two and will try to send to Lou's email address. Sincerely

Last August I had the privilege of meeting Lou for the first time. I had read about him in his sister Ruth's books, and he hosted both Ruth and I. It was a grand experience to meet his family, who welcomed me openly. They made it possible for me to see where my grandparents entered by ship past Lady Liberty from Czechoslovakia. My heart goes out to you as you grieve. I can see how your family is working together like you did when you comforted me; I'm sure Lou would smile at that.

I met Lou perhaps a half-dozen times over meals at Fern's where his wicked sense of humor and sparkling eyes won me over. Always generous, active, and passionate about the causes he believed in - especially his fellow POWs - he was a life force to the very end. To his family, I send deepest condolences.

May Lou rest in peace! He was an interesting man who enjoyed life - that's how I will remember him. My sympathies to everyone.
