Not sure what to say?

Remembering a wonderful schoolmate and friend ... may his sweet soul rest eternally.... The Edison High School Class of 1962..

Louis Lubbering was a wonderful Art Instructor and a genuine person. He was humble and kind and really brought out the best in people. I am very sorry to hear that he has passed and he is sorely missed. My sincerest condolences to his Family!

Sleeping woman by Louis - 1984

I am so sad to hear of Louis' passing. I hadn't seen him for years but I carry several of his works with me everywhere I go in life. What a loss to the world. He was a talent and a light to all he met. But his art lives on.

He loved my Mom's caldo de polllo while living in King William. Always enjoyed his company. He'll be missed for certain. My sincerest condolences my old friends...

I have a large painting of Marlyn in deceased husbands office here at our house. If any of his family would like I would be happy to share it with them. I have cancer and don’t know what will happen to it. I will certainly let someone know if you want to wait. I remember taking Paul, Karl, and Julie to the zoo. Beck

I went to high school with Louis and Leonard Lubbering. Both were really nice guys. Louis was the artistic one and laid back, really cool. I recall with a smile their friendship in my formative years. May the wonderful memories Louis created be a comfort to his family during these sad times.

Was a student with Lube at UTSA and worked in the Riverwalk gallery

Our sincere sympathy on the loss of your loved one. We will always cherish our high school memories of Louis.
