Not sure what to say?

I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Louie. Many condolences to his children, grandchildren and family on his passing. I was a student of Louie's at Quincy College and I can honestly say that he and the rest of the music faculty at Quincy changed my life. I had a wonderful career teaching music in Illinois for 39 years, and I will be forever thankful and grateful for the guidance and support that I received as a student at Quincy. Rest in Peace Louie. Louie, You were an integral part of our holiday meals for many years. We loved spending time with you you were missed when you moved, and will be missed-now that you´ve moved on to a more heavenly dwelling. Smile down on us occasionally.

I first met Louis when he was teaching my grade school daughter the clarinet. Our friendship evolved further when I became a volunteer clarinetist in his symphonic band at QU and also performed under his direction for over a decade in the Quincy All Star Clarinet Choir. He became my clarinet instructor when I commenced private clarinet lessons in my 60's. Louis was a great musician, teacher and friend. A life lived very well!
