Louis was a fine, magical human being. His smile, his presence whenever we spoke and his art made this world a much better place. I celebrate Louis!!!!

Palomino - wheelthrown stoneware with added slab elements
I wanted you to know that three of your pieces were delivered to the permanent collection of the Schein-Joseph Museum of International Ceramics at Alfred University - just in time for what would have been your 84th birthday. Alfred has also informed me that donations given to the university in your memory will be used to augment graduate education in ceramic arts.
