Not sure what to say?

Hi this is Birdie´s daughter Betty I just saw the notice of your husband passing. I wish I would´ve known I would´ve given my condolences in person. Your family is in my prayers and I´m so sorry for the loss. He was in a very, very nice man.

Just seen notice of Lou´s passing in U.F.O.A literature. I was an assigned to L-19 in 1974 when Lou was in E-50 in South Bronx. Good Man & tough Firefighter. Seen that characteristic at many fires. Sorry for your loss.

I cannot say how very sorry we are for your loss. Hotdog Lou was one of the best. Being on 50th Street in Sea Isle has so many memories for our family but remembering listening to Lou setting up his stuff in the mornings is something I can still hear!! May he rest in peace. His turtles will forever hold a special place in our hearts - Love the Giordano - DiTomo families!

Sorry to hear of Louie´s passing. Great guy, always enjoyed his company fishing. Condolences to you and your family. Jeffrey Freeman, DC

A nicer man you will never meet, if you met Lou, you knew you met a friend. My condolences to the Minchelli family, I know he will be sorely missed.

My deep condolences. Great memories best ever hot dogs with red sauce and onions

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Rest in Peace my friend you and your family were all loved by our family we visited that hot dog stand religiously. It was an honor to have Lou and Dolly at my wedding reception in our back yard on 87th street in 1989...prayers to the family of this wonderful man

Unfortunately I didn´t have the opportunity to know Lou, but after reading his obituary, I felt compelled to send my condolences. What a beautiful man. God bless him and his family
