My sincere condolences to Lou's family. I will always remember him fondly as my favorite teacher from my days at Weston High. Both his classes, and love of jazz were an inspiration for me.
I still use his favorite quote, "The perfect is the enemy of the good" - Voltaire.
We have certainly lost one the good.
