Dear Harriet:

I am so sorry to hear about Luis. Although I didn't know Luis a very long time, I enjoyed my conversations with him. He was always kind and friendly to me and made me feel like family when I was at your house. I will miss his company and want you to know if you need me, please don't hesitate to call.
