I knew Louis from working at the jail and remember him as such a kind and good man. He was always so helpful and considerate and I very much enjoyed the moments I had with him. He spoke of the love for his family often. Please know your family is in my thoughts and prayers at this time. Sincerely, Carolyn

Lou was a great guy and will be sorely missed by all who new him. One of my greatest memories will be the no-hitter he pitched, in slo-pitch softball, just an incredible achievement. He was an intense competitor but more importantly a great person and a joy to be around. My sincere condolences to the entire Pepe family.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Lou. We played softball together for McCarthy's tavern/ Nation Auto. That adventure turned into The Wild Boar (anyone remember)? He was a great guy and I am honored to know him. God Bless you Sir.
