Louis R. Russo Ph.D.

So many memories of this wonderful man. I just don't know where to start. I remember hanging out with the Grangers at Louis house in Brant Lake and then going out to have fun on the town. I use to spend a lot of time just playing cards, hanging out and enjoying the good company. I will never forget the night the house burned down. It was quite a shock. Louis will always be in my heart as he was such a good friend not just to me, but to all he met.

Sadly heard tonight that an old friend passed away. I knew Louie for 62 of my 67 years,, my Father and I had dinner at his restaurant on Brant Lake when I was five years old. It will be strange to think that he is gone now. I occasionally would stop by to visit him in his older years,, I would see him at the local store where he would always proudly proclaim his age,, he was a wonderful gentleman. I will miss him. My dearest and deepest condolences go out to the Russo family. I have known Louis for quite some time down on L.I. and in Brant Lake. He was good friends with my Mom and Dad. He will truly be missed in our community. Heaven gained another wonderful angel. R.I.P. Louis.

Sorry for your family loss of Joe, My parents (Curt and Nancy Castner )always enjoyed spending time with Joe..laughing and remembering the good times.
