Not sure what to say?

Sue, Jane and family,

I still remember Frank well at NBT, where I worked in the early seventies. I very much appreciated his friendly presence. He exemplified an earlier era: He was courteous, conscientious, and a man of integrity.

Born again? Put Frank in the driver's seat of his farm tractor on the Rybarsyk Ponderosa and he sat proudly and smiled while he talked. Top drawer, from head-to-toe, that's Frank!

I worked in the Consumer Loan Department of NBT and then NBD in the late 70s and early 80s. Frank was a terrific person to work for. He combined leadership with humor and goodwill. Banking was customer service driven and ethical. It was a great place to work and Frank's leadership set a fine example.

My thoughts are with his family. Rest In peace Frank.

Jane, Sue and family. So sorry for your loss. Always enjoyed working with Frank at NBT. He was a great teacher.

To frank's family - Our thoughts and prayers are with you with the loss of you father. I worked with Frank at NBT and later NBD, He was a wonderful fellow employee. He gave me my loan for my used car. May he rest in peace.

Jane and family,
I remember working at NBT in the early '70's and your dad was one of my favorites. He was always friendly and welcoming.

The Rybarsyk family were important contributors to NBT during my time there in the late 60's and 70's. Frank led our successful consumer lending division at a time when individuals, families and small businesses depended heavily on their local bank for their borrowing needs. Jane led our hiring and staffing efforts while Sue was a key retail banker. My heartfelt condolences to the family.

Jane, Sue and your entire family, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I remember your dad from years ago when I worked at NB&T - such a wonderful man. Hugs and prayers to all of you.
