I met Lou Sardella a few times while riding the bus when we were both students at Poly. He made an indellible impression on me; his sincerity and kindness, even as a teenager, made me take notice. I never knew Lou as an adult, but I know he made his mark; as I've seen his name listed frequently as a generous contributor to charities. My heart goes out to his family and associates.
